Eco Cover Roof / Eco Cover Construction Method Case Study: Factory Roof (Folded Plate)

By controlling the amount of heat that enters, we address the fundamental issue! A case study that covers the weaknesses of metal roofs.

We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of our carbon offset-targeted cool metal roofing material, "Eco Cover Roof / Eco Cover Method," on a factory roof. Every summer, workers experienced heatstroke, and there were instances of emergency transport. As a desperate measure, spot coolers were installed, but they did not prove very effective, leaving us searching for a better solution. After the installation of the Eco Cover Roof, such issues have ceased, and we have received positive feedback. This success is due to effectively reducing the amount of heat entering the building, addressing the fundamental problem. [Case Overview] ■ Installation Location: Factory Roof ■ Product Used: Standing Seam, Gray ■ Installation Effect: Covered the weaknesses of the metal roof *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Eco Cover Roof - Eco Cover Construction Method Case Study: Factory Roof (Oonami)

Leaving the old roofing material as is, a new roof was installed! A case study where the roof was completed in just 2 days.

We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of our carbon offset-targeted cool metal roofing material, "Eco Cover Roof / Eco Cover Method," on a factory roof. Removing old slate roofs that are likely to contain asbestos is difficult and requires considerable costs. However, in such cases, addressing the issue with our method can reduce costs, construction time, and various risks. Additionally, the cover method minimizes the processes that would require stopping factory operations, which often occur during re-roofing or painting projects. Excluding wiring work after the roof installation, this factory completed the construction in two days. Since the factory's operations did not need to be halted during the work, the client was very pleased. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Factory Roof ■ Product Used: Oonami Gray ■ Construction Effect: A new roof was installed while leaving the old roofing material in place. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Thermal roof construction case study: New installation for a private residence.

Heat exchange coatings demonstrate heat insulation effects even in colors other than white and in dark colors close to black!

We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of the cool tile roof "Thermo Roof," which is eligible for carbon offset, in a newly built private residence. By using materials that do not easily increase in surface temperature for the roofing material, we mitigate the heat transmitted from the roof to the indoors. Typical heat-reflective coatings work by reflecting sunlight, thereby suppressing the heat that enters indoors, which is why they often use white or light colors that reflect light. When measured at the same time with an outside temperature of 26°C, the typical tiles reached 61.4°C, while the Thermo Roof reached 50.4°C, resulting in a temperature difference of about 11°C. [Case Overview] ■ Installation Location: Newly built private residence ■ Product Used: Thermo Roof F, Ibushi Gray ■ Installation Effect: A temperature difference of about 11°C was observed with the tiles. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
